Introduction. With the adoption of standards to reduce losses in transformers it is necessary change design that remain unchanged. Further energy saving possible with use non-traditional technical solutions for improvement transformers. Problem. In order idle losses, curved magnetic circuits power are carried out form low-volume circuits. Windings injected into assembled conductors by shuttle machines. The windings provides technological gaps winding windows, which results an increase size, metal capacity and losses. Goal. Rationale transformer performance excluding process windows. Methodology. definition indicators performed using optimization functions dimensionless level. adequacy confirmed calculation mass electromagnetic system transformer. figures compact analogue calculated from named serial analogue. Results. result a reduction loss compactness Originality. simplification technology provided insulating frames coils. Winding on rods ensured rotating outer part composite frame.
